1959 Testa Rossa

The name Testa Rossa is synonymous with some of the most memorable successes in the history of the Ferrari marque. Winning 13 important victories, as well at the World Championships in 1958, 1960 and 1961. Penned by Pinan Farina and built by Medardo Fantuzzi the 1959 TR250 is probably the most beautiful car ever to be offered by Ferrari.

Reconditioned Veglia Gauge set
Note; These do not include a speedometer, although we can fit a speedometer it will not be in the gauge binnacle it will be located by the front cabin rails

Electrics

Complete new wiring loom is fitted with hidden fuse box and relays
Note; We can also supply a correct braided loom if the customer wishes

Paint

We can paint the car any colour the customer chooses
Paint finish is PPG Two Pack, this is de-nibbed and polished to resemble Acrylic for authenticity

Chassis

Semi space-frame
Oval main frame rails (thick wall section) all other tubes are of varying sizes and thicknesses as per the original vehicle
Front and rear suspension mounting points are welded into the frame for strength
MIG welded
Painted in correct shade of Grey in a high quality industrial material

All engines are fully reconditioned prior to being fitted to the car, Note; please ask for a detailed breakdown of the engine specifications.

Carburetors

Correct Six Carb Manifold
Six 38MM DCN or 42MM DCNF Webber carbs

Diff

Viscous limited slip, various ratios are available to suit the customer needs These units are fully reconditioned

Gearbox

These units are five speed, full synchromesh, they come with a single plate clutch, heavy duty pressure plate, all components are either new or fully reconditioned
